His expertise encompasses Materials Planning & Procurement, Quality Management, Manufacturing, and Sales execution. His extensive career at L&T involved various verticals, notably Light Engineering and Material Handling Equipment, including mobile hydraulic cranes and loaders. While serving as a TQM Trainer at L&T Valves, he spearheaded Business Process Re-engineering initiatives resulting in substantial cost reductions, shorter supply lead times, and improved contractual delivery adherence.
